How Do I Create An Account?

Creating an account is a snap. You can Create An Account before placing an order, or simply place your first order as a guest. When your order is complete, you will be given the option to save your information and create an account.

 

Which types of fabric can i choose from? 

We have a variety of fabrics you can choose from to make your pets dream bed. The first fabrics you see on our selection are minky fabrics. Minky is a special type of plush fabric that is similar to fleece but softer and thicker. The high quality of minky fabric prevents its colors from fading and its warmth from decreasing over time. Our next fabrics are shags which are made out of faux fur. Faux fur is easy to clean and last longer than real fur due to its synthetic fibers which are more resilient and can stand up to frequent wear. We also carry outdoor fabrics. Outdoor fabrics are known to be impermeable and durable. This fabrics can endure the harsh rays of the sun and are also known to be fade-resistant, which is an added benefit. If you want to take a look at our fabrics you can go to the last page of our Catalog or you can see them in the product fabric selection.

 

Are your products machine washable?

All of our products are machine washable but they have specific instructions on how to do it properly. Please follow the washing and drying instructions on our Care Instructions page.

Where Do You Ship To?

We ship all products on our store within the United States.

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes you can, if you cancel your order within two days of purchase we will refund the full price.

 

Where Is My Order?

As all our products are custom made for you, at the moment you make your order we will start manufacturing it. The Shipping times are from 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Can I Return An Item?

In the unusual event that the product received is not what you ordered (different size/color) or is defective, please contact Bessie + Barnie Customer Service at +1 (786) 275-4773 or info@bessiebarnie.com until 7 days of your product delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will exchange it for the correct product at our expense. Please note that the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging to be considered for an exchange and we reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed.
